Low Carb Cooking The Slow Way

The term slow cooking tends to scare people away because they assume that it will be tedious and need a lot of attention. Slow cooking in fact is the complete opposite. Yes it does take time to cook, but it doesn’t need to take up your time. I love my slow cooker or crock pot and when I’m working a long day I love it even more. Simply place all your ingredients in the bowl, set the time, the temp, and come home after a long day at work to a perfectly cooked meal. Sounds to good to be true?
