I’m sorry to say that with all the fun in watching the red carpet and The Oscars I completely forgot to take photos of my yummy Low Carb spread. By the time everything was done cooking and on the table it was time to watch the show. So I’m sorry to report that there will be no photos in my blog post today, but here is a list of the yummy low carb food I served:
- Crispy Garlic Parmesan Wings
- Roasted Garlic Cocktail Shrimp (recipe coming soon)
- Marinated Mozzarella
- Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives
- And for dessert I served fresh strawberries with whipped cream to dunk
As you can see I kept things simple with snack-able food, so I could watch the show while eating dinner in a fun simple way.
