The term slow cooking tends to scare people away because they assume that it will be tedious and need a lot of attention. Slow cooking in fact is the complete opposite. Yes it does take time to cook, but it doesn’t need to take up your time. I love my slow cooker or crock pot and when I’m working a long day I love it even more.
