Happy Holidays to all my Low Carb followers. I was hoping to get a post out by the end of the day on Friday, but it just didn’t happen. Too busy packing, packing and more packing. My husband and I are off on an adventure to visit my family on the high seas. I’m hoping to blog along the way, if Internet service permits.
