I rarely ever by pre-made dressings at the grocery store because they are full of hidden carbs, but I do purchase the dry mixes and make a few modifications to make them Low in Carbs. My favorite is ranch dressing. This is my secret cheater recipe. Simply by the Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix and substitute one cup of milk with half a cup of heavy cream and half a cup of water along with the one cup of mayonnaise. Mix everything together and it will be some of the best ranch dressing you will ever make. By doing this you will dramatically reduce the amount of carbs in the dressing. Enjoy!
- 1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl until smooth. Enjoy!
