I love bacon, but I don’t love cooking it. It greasy, it splatters all over your counters, burns you hands, and then you just end up with a big pan of grease. Well I learned a little trick thanks to Pinterest. Instead of standing over a scorching pan of grease simply lay out strips of bacon on a baking sheet covered in aluminum. Bake the sheet of bacon at 400°f for 20 to 25 minutes until your bacon is golden brown and crispy. So easy! After the bacon is done cooking I simply transferred it to a plate lined in paper towel as usual. One of my favorite parts about using this method is that you simply let the baking sheets cool and remove the aluminum foil and throw it away. This is by far the easiest and cleanest technique to cooking baking. My one tip is to put the bacon in the oven while it is heating up. Just like you should start cooking bacon in a cold pan, the same theory goes when it comes to baking it. This is also a great way to cook bacon for a huge crowd. You can do one, two or even three sheets of bacon all at the same time! So this weekend don’t be afraid to cook up a nice big batch of bacon for a Low Carb breakfast of champions!
